Shipping and Return Policy
What is your shipping policy and how long will it take to receive my order?
- Ensuring you receive your order quickly is important to us. After your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Due to Covid-19 we anticipate some delay with shipping and delivery. This has typically been an additional 3-5 business day delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ensure your order is shipped out in a timely manner. Please note that orders placed during the weekends or a Holiday will ship the next business day.
- Please choose a faster shipping rate, if you are needing your order by a certain date. We may still need 1-2 business days to create or process your order even if you choose expedited shipping.
- After your order is processed, shipments typically take 2-5 business days, and will ship via US Postal Service or UPS, or unless another shipping option is selected.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- Rev Karla's team is passionate about providing the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by phone at 812-318-7415 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Upon return of your original product, we will replace or exchange your product with another product. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
How do I arrange a return?
- Use a trackable carrier service, such as UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail to the address listed below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Box up your item(s), ensuring that fragile items are properly wrapped and secured inside the box.

- Please provide a shipping/tracking number and delivery confirmation when returning any items.
- Rev Karla is not responsible for lost return shipments. Please contact us with any problems with orders resulting in damaged or defective items. All sale items are final. Please Note: We cannot accept returns on custom orders or personalized blends.
Can I make changes to my order?
